Responsibilities: ● Develop and run the category and scale it to the next level (grow the category from X to 5X or 10X). ● Cross functional coordination with the internal teams and ensuring high performance. ● Own the category performance, analyze business data, and identify areas for improvement. ● Revenue Management as per business projection, achieve the GMV numbers. ● Ensuring seamless patient experience by liaising with various internal teams. ● Liaison with multiple stakeholders like - Concierge, Product, Marketing, Operations and finance to execute daily operations/tasks. ● Ensuring the overall category performance condition-wise. ● Design business projections and develop operational metrics to measure process efficiency. ● Develop operational excellence to meet business goals. Job
