Senior Software Engineer

What You’ll Bring Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 5–7+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, production-scale applications and SaaS products. Strong expertise developing full-stack applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions using modern technologies such as Node.js, React, .NET/C#, TypeScript, and related frameworks. Experience providing technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring developers. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and scalable system design. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with an AI-first mindset and a demonstrated ability to drive results in fast-paced environments. Nice to Haves: Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and other modern application design patterns. Experience integrating AI, GenAI, or machine learning capabilities into software products or engineering workflows. Familiarity with legal technology, professional services software, data analytics platforms, or other complex B2B SaaS environments. Experience leading distributed teams, operating high-availability cloud applications, implementing secure development practices, or driving software quality through observability and test automation tools. compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant

qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company

bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive
