This is a full-time position based in Lund or Stockholm. We start with a 3-month contract with a potential 12-month extension and expanded

What we're looking for Recently graduated: You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree and are looking for a role where you can hit the ground running and grow fast. Bonus : Experience in B2C SaaS support using tools like Intercom.
Bonus : Hands-on experience with Lovable, Claude and similar AI tools.
What you'll do Own user problems end to end: Become a Lovable expert to solve a wide range of issues with speed and clarity, and escalate effectively to engineering when needed. Improve our support stack : Keep our internal knowledge base up to date, design smarter workflows, and find ways to make the whole team operate better. Be the voice of the customer: Continuously feed product feedback into
the team so that what you see on the front lines actually improves the product. Grow your scope: As you build trust and ownership,
