Technical Founding Member at Togetai
Togetai is building the AI talent manager for content creators. Instead of creators hiring managers and agencies, Togetai uses AI agents to understand creators, discover brand opportunities, negotiate deals, and coordinate campaigns automatically.
We are looking for a Technical Founding Member who wants to build an AI-native company from day one and own core product and engineering decisions. You will work directly with the founder to design, build, and scale the platform from MVP to product-market fit.
This is not a traditional engineering role. You'll have significant ownership, influence over company direction, and meaningful equity.
What You'll Do:
- Build and ship product rapidly
- Design scalable backend architecture
- Develop AI agent workflows
- Integrate LLMs and external APIs
- Build creator and brand-facing experiences
- Define engineering culture and best practices
- Work directly with customers and iterate quickly
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong full-stack engineer
- Experience with AI products or LLMs
- Startup mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
- Can own product decisions
- Excited about building from zero to one
