About the role
Define and drive the product roadmap for Azure Monitor's data collection, telemetry pipeline, and configuration management capabilities. Translate customer and partner needs into clear product
requirements, prioritized scenarios, and measurable outcomes. Partner with engineering and design to deliver reliable, scalable, secure, and cost-efficient telemetry experiences across Azure, hybrid, multicloud, and edge environments. Simplify how customers discover, onboard, configure, route, govern, and operate monitoring data at scale. Use customer feedback, product telemetry, support insights, and market trends to guide priorities and improve adoption and customer satisfaction. Coordinate execution across engineering, program management, support, field, and dependent product teams, communicating tradeoffs, risks, and progress clearly. Define and track success measures for onboarding, configuration health, collection reliability, performance, governance, and operational efficiency. Embody our culture and values. 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years' experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
