ABOUT THE JOB Prospect and engage independent retailers to join the Instacart Marketplace. Opportunity to manage the end-to-end sales cycle for small opportunities Use cold calls and emails to identify new opportunities, drive value, and establish meaningful relationships with local retailers. Strong problem-solving, solution mapping and negotiation skills Time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize a strong go to market strategy Work independently while collaborating with

the team to achieve individual and team objectives. Qualifications Previous experience in a sales or business development role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred

Qualifications Strong knowledge of the grocery industry, including market trends and operational challenges. Experience selling SaaS solutions to drive retailer success is a plus.
