Technical Account Executive

Austin, TX
Full-time
Visa Sponsorship

About the role

At Loombotic, we’re automating wire harness manufacturing.

We need an exceptional technical account manager to support our existing customers, helping their projects move smoothly from requirements and quotes through production and delivery.

You’ll own the day-to-day customer relationship: answering questions, understanding changes, coordinating quotes and repeat orders, providing updates and making sure issues get resolved.

You should be comfortable discussing drawings, materials, volumes and lead times. You’ll work closely with engineering and production to give customers clear answers and make commitments we can deliver.

Expect to spend time on the factory floor understanding what we make and how we make it. You should be technically curious, organized and persistent about following things through.

Your job is to make working with Loombotic easy: customers know where their orders stand, get useful answers quickly and trust us with their next project.

We use AI agents wherever they improve the work.

Tell us about a technically demanding customer you supported. What went wrong, how did you resolve it and how did you keep their trust?
