Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze pharmacy claims, medical claims, and clinical datasets.</li> <li>Independently develop and deliver ad hoc and recurring analytics supporting clinical program management, formulary strategy, utilization review, savings identification, and regulatory reporting.</li> <li>Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to define
requirements and deliver data-driven solutions that address business needs.</li> <li>Integrate quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate program performance, utilization trends, member disruption, and financial impact.</li> <li>Develop dashboards, automated reporting solutions, and data visualizations to support internal and external reporting needs.</li> <li>Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations and present results to audiences ranging from operational teams to senior leadership.</li> <li>Partner with cross-functional teams to acquire, validate, and reconcile data required for reporting and analytics initiatives.</li> <li>Lead portions of cross-functional projects, contributing analytical expertise while helping identify process improvement, automation, and optimization opportunities.</li> <li>Create and maintain documentation, methodologies, data definitions, and business rules supporting clinical reporting and analytics processes.</li> <li>Review peer analyses for accuracy and consistency, promote best practices in data and code quality, and provide mentorship to junior analysts.</li> <li>Support departmental quality controls, governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Minimum
Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, healthcare consulting,
benefits consulting, financial consulting, or a related analytical field.</li> <li>2+ years of PBM, health plan, healthcare services, or related industry experience.</li> <li>Experience working directly with pharmacy claims and/or medical claims data.</li> <li>Advanced SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.</li> <li>Proficient with Python for data analysis.</li> <li>Proficient with GitHub and version control workflows.</li> <li>Experience with Tableau and data visualization.</li> <li>Experience performing complex analyses and communicating insights to business stakeholders.</li> <li>Knowledge of statistics, data modeling, and healthcare analytics methodologies.</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>(Optional) Preferred
