Base pay range $125.00/hr - $125.00/hr Opportunity Overview Handshake is looking for skilled FreeCAD BIM/IFC users to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional job. You'll draw on your hands-on experience with parametric 3D building modeling, IFC data management, or BIM coordination to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that helps AI better understand computational design tasks and AEC workflows. This is an ongoing, project-based opportunity you can take on alongside anything else you have going on. Who This Is For This is a good fit if you're an experienced FreeCAD BIM/IFC user who has worked in or around roles like: Computational Designer or BIM Coordinator Structural Engineer or Revit Specialist BIM Facilitator or Digital Delivery Manager You should have solid experience with one or more of the following: Parametric 3D building modeling or IFC data management using FreeCAD BIM/IFC BIM coordination, building data workflows, or ArchiCAD and Revit workflows Annotating or labeling BIM models and AEC data assets Reviewing parametric models for accuracy, data integrity, or design consistency
