the Role</strong></h3> <p>We are hiring an <strong>Executive Assistant</strong> to report to our <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/georgia-rounder-rdn-907a4b74/">Executive Operations Manager</a> and serve as a trusted partner to our <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidsamperkins/">Co-Founder & President</a> and <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/john-mcgrath-0215b51b/">CFO</a>. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with two of Nourish's senior leaders, take ownership of meaningful projects, and grow alongside the business as we scale.</p> <p>This role goes beyond traditional executive support. You'll build strong relationships with both executives, understand their priorities and working styles, and help them make the most of their time. You'll manage complex calendars, coordinate travel and meetings, track important follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll also have the opportunity to extend your impact to the teams they lead, helping move projects forward, improving how work gets done, and taking on new

responsibilities based on your strengths and interests.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and excited to take ownership. You'll be equally comfortable managing day-to-day details and jumping into larger projects, with the judgment to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
