Come and join our Professional Services team based in our office in Madrid with your commitment as a Sr. PS Project Manager YOUR IMPACT You will lead the delivery of OpenText Professional Services engagements, helping clients plan, govern, and execute digital transformation initiatives across the full project lifecycle. You will own project governance, financial performance, client relationships, and delivery outcomes while partnering closely with clients, partners, sales, presales, and cross-functional OpenText teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring clients realize value from OpenText solutions while driving successful project and commercial outcomes. WHAT
THE ROLE OFFERS Lead projects from presales shaping through delivery and governance. Manage complex engagements, portfolios, and large client programs. Build trusted relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Drive project financial performance, forecasting, and delivery margins. Act as the primary client contact throughout engagements. Support proposal development, Statements of Work, and opportunity qualification. Mentor project teams and encourage continuous capability growth. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Proven ability to manage complex and multi-project delivery environments. Track record of building strong client and stakeholder relationships. Proven ability to balance project delivery with commercial objectives. Experience applying Agile, Scaled Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies. Track record of managing project risks, governance, and delivery performance; s trong communication, servant leadership, and team development skills. Proven ability to shape proposals, Statements of Work, and delivery plans. Very good English language Skills, both written and spoken; German or French language skills would be beneficial.
