About the role
Ensure solutions align with the intent of the architecture allowing for clear build test specifications and development of operations guides for the customer Identify business and technical risks in programs, assesses their impact and proposes mitigations and contingencies Provide stakeholder assistance throughout deployment to avoid/resolve technical issues Lead delivery of cybersecurity solutions across the full lifecycle, with a focus on ATO readiness, execution, and sustainment within federal environments Drive hands-on engineering, automation, and implementation of security controls—not limited to compliance documentation Identify and mitigate technical and program risks; translate risk findings into actionable remediation strategies Support large-scale federal programs by aligning cybersecurity solutions to mission
requirements and operational outcomes Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, engineers, and program stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience 3+ years leadership experience in a relevant area of business OR equivalent experience These

requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination. Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer
requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment. Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customer and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport, or other approved documents, or verified US government Clearance 5+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity solutions in federal or highly regulated environments. Hands-on expertise with Azure infrastructure, networking, and cloud security services (e.g., Defender, Entra, Azure Policy) Strong background in both cybersecurity compliance and technical implementation (engineering-first mindset) Proven experience designing and implementing automation to support security operations, compliance workflows, and infrastructure provisioning Relevant certifications such as AZ-500, AZ-305, SC-100, or equivalent security/cloud credentials Experience supporting large, complex federal or DoD programs with strict compliance
