TL;DR: You'll own the entire employee experience at Conduct, from the moment someone signs an offer to the day they leave, and everything in between. We're scaling fast and you're the person who makes sure the people infrastructure keeps up, without us ever feeling like a big company Why Conduct We believe the world's largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas, not the speed of the decade-old systems they run on. Today they don't. Every process change, every new product line runs into SAP systems layered with decades of custom code and complexity no human mind can fully comprehend. New
requirements take months to ship, system migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain. We're building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed and ambition. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems, we've closed game-changing SI partnerships, just raised a $60M Series A, and demand is outpacing what we can service. We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work out of London and NYC. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration. What you build here shapes the company and how the world's largest companies operate. We sponsor visas and are convinced diverse teams build better products, so we especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out.
What you'll own The full employee lifecycle at Conduct: onboarding, day-to-day operations, offboarding, and everything that makes working here feel exceptional. You'll be the person
the team relies on to make things run smoothly, and the person who proactively spots what needs fixing before anyone else notices. In practice: Own all People Operations functions:
benefits administration, visa and right-to-work processes, policy documentation, and anything else that keeps us compliant and running well Manage our HRIS and payroll platforms, keeping employee data accurate, up to date, and audit-ready Run a seamless onboarding experience for every new joiner, and make sure offboarding is handled with the same care Continuously improve and automate people processes. If something is manual and repetitive, you find a way to make it scalable Support the broader team on ad hoc requests, internal comms, and employee experience initiatives that make Conduct a place people want to stay Who we hire This role calls for someone who is highly organised, genuinely proactive, and takes real pride in getting the details right. You don't wait to be asked, you spot what needs doing and do it. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can hold multiple priorities at once, and bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction with
the team. In practice that tends to look like: 2+ years in a People Operations, HR, or administrative role , ideally at a fast-growing tech company or startup. You know what good looks like in a lean, high-velocity environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented. You manage competing priorities without things slipping through the cracks. A builder's mindset. You don't just maintain existing processes, you improve them. You're always looking for ways to make things faster, cleaner, and more scalable. Strong communicator. You interact with everyone from new graduates to senior founders, and you get the register right every time.
Conduct is an AI-native enterprise intelligence platform that replaces armies of expensive consultants by instantly reverse-engineering complex, legacy SAP code into a visual knowledge graph of a company's operations. Their mission is to eliminate the chaos, risk, and billions of dollars wasted on failed IT transformations by making massive software migrations and real-world process changes instantly predictable and safe. The team tackles dense, "impossible" enterprise bottlenecks with software that delivers deep systems analysis in minutes rather than months.
