About The Role:
We're looking for a thoughtful and versatile Founding Product Design Lead to join our fast-growing team. You’ll shape the user experience of our digital care platform—from acquisition to onboarding to ongoing patient engagement. Your work will directly improve the lives of individuals and families dealing with behavioral addictions, and integrate immediately with company leadership.
The role is full-time and based in our office in the heart of Flatiron, NYC and reports directly to the CEO.
What You’ll Do:
- Design authoritative, empathetic and engaging web and platform experiences to make care delivery
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to take features from concept to launch
- Talk to users, run lightweight research, and use insights to iterate quickly
- Architect and evangelize the company design language and grammar for the entire patient (and provider) journey
- Stay adjacent to industry trends but also maintain space to innovate for the specific needs of our patients
Who You Are:
- You’ve designed for mobile and/or responsive web apps
- You value clean UX, but you’re driven by real impact and behavioral change
- You’re a clear communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams
- You’re curious, fast-moving, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Figma is second nature; motion/illustration skills a plus

Requirements for Consideration:
- 4+ years of experience in Product and/or UX Design
- Outsized fluency in design tools such as Figma
- Demonstrated history of delivering world-class product design and seeing ideas to fruition
