Armis is a privately held company headquartered in California. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a specialized development unit reporting directly to the Office of the CTO. This team functions as an internal innovation incubator, tasked with architecting and building a new AppSec AI solution from the ground up. You will enjoy the best of both worlds: the high-velocity, autonomous environment of a small startup crew, backed by the data, expertise, and stability of the broader Armis engineering organization. What You’ll Do Bring Ideas to Life: Take ownership of complex, open-ended technical challenges and see them through from conception all the way into our customers' hands. Build the Future of AppSec: Architect, implement, test, and optimize an AI-native application security solution. Own the Backend & AI Architecture: Design robust microservice cloud environments and integrate advanced AI capabilities into our core product. Engage Beyond the Code: Collaborate directly with customers, support, sales, and our executive leadership team to gather real-world insights, quickly unblock issues, and align our technical direction with business needs. Collaborate Globally: Work closely with a distributed team of engineers and stakeholders across Israel, the US, Canada, and India to deliver high-quality MVPs and core products. What we expect 7+ years of deep backend/systems experience, with strong proficiency in Python and working within a microservice cloud environment. Practical experience or a deep, active understanding of building with and around AI/LLM technologies. An All-Around Player.
