What you’ll do: Attract, Engage With, and Assess High-Quality Founders Design and implement a comprehensive founder sourcing strategy that addresses the needs of our founder ecosystem engaging the India fund team to source founders, laying the foundation for a thriving RH India Founder Ecosystem. Attract, engage with, and assess top founders by leveraging innovative sourcing strategies, targeted outreach, and competency-based evaluation frameworks. Build and maintain a positive, professional founder journey that reflects Redesign Health’s values and mission, ensuring every founder interaction reinforces the organization's reputation and appeal. Continued Founder Network Development Proactively engage with founder talent through networking, relationship-building, campus partners, and community engagement efforts to identify and nurture future partners. Cultivate Redesign Health’s reputation as the leading healthcare venture firm in India by crafting a compelling brand narrative that resonates with top founder talent and startup executives. Provide regular updates and insights to Redesign Health leadership, offering transparency on recruitment progress, challenges, and emerging opportunities to ensure alignment and strategic decision-making. Partner with our Global Marketing team to build the Redesign Health India Brand Leverage our core brand and brand philosophy to build out India specific channels to make Redesign Health the healthcare VC of choice for those in the earliest stage of building. Partner with our founders post investment to help enable their success Programmatically build out the India platform for founders from vendors to talent introductions leveraging the global tech and templates in place. What you’ll need: 8+ years of experience, ideally in venture capital or 0-1 startup, with a proven ability to identify and connect with startup founders, preferably in an international context. Strong understanding of the Indian startup talent market and cultural nuances. Excellent founder identification, engagement, and assessment skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working in a start-up or high-growth company is a plus. Fully fluent in English.
