Chief Robot Technician

We’re looking for a Chief Robot Technician to keep our fleet running and prepare future technicians. You’ll primarily focus on fixing robots that break in the field and in our lab along with planning for future production.

Qualifications/Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with mechanical or electrical assembly or maintenance work in relevant fields (aerospace, drones, automotive, robotics)
• Experience working with robots or mechatronic systems.
• Familiar with Linux and basic terminal usage.
• Able to troubleshoot and document issues across mechanical, electrical, and software systems.
• Able to create documentation of both assembly/manufacturing processes but also for troubleshooting and bug fixing.
• Able to work in both an R&D environment and a deployment environment.
• Please include a portfolio with your application if one exists. Projects count toward relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with humanoid robots.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
• Experience with CAD and 3D printing.
• A degree in engineering.

About the interview
We will conduct 3-4 interviews with various members of our team evaluating your skills and past projects. The final interview will cover administrative details and the logistics of the hire.
