Investor Marketing Manager

About the role

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Investor Marketing Manager based in Brazil.

This is an opportunity for a strategic, AI-driven marketing professional to lead and scale investor acquisition initiatives within the private investment sector. You will transform an existing investor audience and digital channels into a consistent pipeline of qualified investor meetings. Combining advanced HubSpot expertise, financial direct-response copywriting, and AI-powered automation, you will build an integrated investor education and engagement engine. Working closely with executive leadership, you will oversee CRM architecture, content strategy, outbound campaigns, and performance reporting. Your work will directly contribute to stronger investor relationships, measurable marketing performance, and capital-raising growth. This fully remote position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape a high-impact marketing function.

Accountabilities

  • CRM Architecture and Funnel Management

  • Rebuild and maintain HubSpot pipelines, including lifecycle stages, automated workflows, lead scoring, and source attribution.

  • Ensure all incoming leads are accurately tracked and managed within the CRM.

  • Consolidate fragmented tracking systems and prepare weekly funnel scorecards covering leads, meetings booked and held, commitments, and funded capital.

  • Integrate HubSpot with AI and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and HubSpot Breeze to improve lead routing, list hygiene, and follow-up processes.

  • Investor Content and Outbound Campaigns

  • Manage the weekly educational email program for an existing investor audience of approximately 3,500 subscribers.

  • Write high-converting email campaigns in the voice of executive leadership while maintaining performance targets of at least 45% open rates, 2.5% click-through rates, and less than 0.3% unsubscribes.

  • Write and publish at least three LinkedIn posts per week targeting accredited investors.

  • Manage outbound prospecting sequences designed to generate qualified investor meetings.

  • Create investor guides, lead magnets, and landing pages supported by five-to-seven-touch email nurturing sequences.

  • Analytics, Reporting, and Hiring Support

  • Produce monthly channel performance reports tracking marketing spend, leads, meetings, commitments, and funded capital by acquisition source.

  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend which initiatives to scale, optimize, or discontinue.

  • Use AI-powered data analysis to evaluate copy variations and email subject lines before launching campaigns or allocating advertising budgets.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop performance scorecards, source candidates, screen applicants, and onboard an offshore Investor Development Representative (IDR) to support lead qualification.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of digital marketing experience supporting US-based clients through an agency, BPO, or direct remote arrangement.
  • A proven portfolio of marketing content in financial services, investor relations, private equity, funds, wealth management, real estate, or fintech.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience, including workflows, lead scoring, active lists, lifecycle attribution, and custom dashboards. This expertise must be demonstrable through a practical exercise.
  • Native-level written English proficiency, with a strong track record in direct-response copywriting and executive ghostwriting for financial audiences.
  • Daily hands-on experience using generative AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT for research, content creation, data analysis, and process automation. Practical AI skills will be verified during screening.
  • Working knowledge of US securities marketing requirements, including Rule 506(c) accredited-investor guidelines and the distinction between educational marketing and active solicitation.
  • Availability for a full-time commitment, with at least four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LinkedIn outbound prospecting platforms such as Valley or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) environments, including Level 10 meetings and weekly scorecards.
  • Active HubSpot Marketing Hub or inbound marketing certifications.

Benefits

  • Monthly base salary of USD 2,500–4,500, depending on verified experience.
  • Quarterly performance bonuses tied to objective pipeline and scorecard benchmarks.
  • Monthly healthcare and high-speed internet stipends.
  • 100% remote work from eligible Latin American countries, including Brazil.
  • Flexible schedule, with a minimum of four hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
  • High-impact role with autonomy to build and shape the primary digital investor acquisition infrastructure.
  • Full-time position within a performance-oriented working environment.
