<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">We are seeking a<strong> Full-time Assistant Store Manager - Responsible for Canteen and sponsorships </strong>-<strong>&nbsp;</strong>to join our CAMP Miami team. You will be responsible for guiding CAMP’s families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return!&nbsp; This includes:&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>SELLING FLOOR</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the General Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure the store and teams meet KPI targets</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with the General Manager to develop clear action plans for the store and team and strive to achieve objectives, deliverables, and timelines for each plan</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Act as a results-driven role model for
the team to impact sales generation and exceptional customer service</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead and support the oversight of the Canteen floor; acting as Manager on Duty to ensure all operational and customer-facing needs are met</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and coach staff to continually improve selling opportunities and build genuine customer relationships</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and implement visual and merchandising strategies to increase sales. Utilizes selling reports to understand floor capacity, layout, and sell through opportunities</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the General Manager and leadership team with goal achievement (KPIs)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Motivate and inspire
the team to achieve/exceed hourly, daily, weekly business goals through in-store selling, using strong business acumen skills</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity and a passion for the Camp brand</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the General Manager to identify and assess training needs. Create tailored training plans to implement various training methods to enhance team members skills and performance</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in managing labor spend to optimize responsible spending and profit opportunities</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>CANTEEN EXPERIENCE/SPONSORSHIPS</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure best in class store experience for internal and external customers</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with merchandising team to optimize the in-store demo program. Apply selling goals to all demo programs to ensure staff is achieving targets. Consistently analyze results and coach team to performance</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with General Manager and Assistant Manager, Programming and Special Events to understand ticket sell through in order to maximize in canteen selling opportunities and KPI’s such as merch attach rate</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Sponsorships and Visual Merchandising team to maximize all Sponsorships initiatives</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Consistently manage Sponsorships deliverables to ensure client objectives are achieved while maximizing business and revenue potential</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure all Sponsorships related supplies are ordered and accounted for. Partner with Sponsorships team with any missing and/or damaged supplies</span></li>

<p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What are the physical demands?</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights (may be climbing up and down a ladder)</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to outdoor elements such as sun, precipitation, and wind</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to safely operate manual and electrical equipment from time to time</span></li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Able to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store</span></li>

Compensation:&nbsp; $24.00/hr</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prior work experience in any of the following areas: retail, child-care, child development/ education, performing arts.</span></li>
