About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Principal with 4-7 years of experience to join our AI-native CFO services firm. You are a unique blend of a top-tier professional services advisor and a hands-on startup operator who is obsessed with building better processes and products. What will you be doing?

Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Tier 1 VC-backed founders, helping them with fundraising, strategic planning, and board relations.
Operationalize company strategy by helping functional leads manage budgets, hiring plans, and key metrics.
Act as a "CFO as an Architect," designing and implementing best-in-class financial systems and processes for clients.
Partner with our internal engineering team to productize your work, automating workflows and deploying AI agents to scale operations.
Develop and publish industry-leading playbooks and best practices with partners like Ramp and Salesforce.

Key Requirements

Experience in both professional services (IB, consulting) and a hands-on operating role (Chief of Staff, Finance, Ops) at a Seed-Series D startup.
Exceptional executive presence and client management skills, with the ability to advise CEOs and board members.
An inherent high bar for quality and "taste" for what excellent work looks like, demonstrated by a track record of consistent promotions.
A product-oriented mindset with an obsession for process improvement and automation.
Proven experience shipping workflows with AI tools; you must be a builder, not just curious.
