About the role
We are looking for a Full-Stack Product Manager — a true generalist — to own the growth of Upstage Studio, our no-code AI workflow platform that just launched in April 2026. You don't need decades of experience; you need a track record of success, a technical backbone in software engineering or AI/ML, and the drive to do whatever it takes to make a product win. You'll report directly to the CPO and work cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer teams across the U.S., Korea, and Japan. This is a rare 0-to-1 opportunity at Korea's first generative-AI unicorn (~$280M raised from Amazon, AMD, Hyundai, and Kia).
What will you be doing?
- Drive customer acquisition and weekly active usage (WAU) for Upstage Studio's SaaS product — the two north-star metrics for the first year.
- Work hands-on across product, engineering, and go-to-market — no specialists here. You'll do whatever it takes to make Studio successful, from defining features to talking to customers to shipping.
- Collaborate extensively with teams across the U.S., Korea, and Japan, which means significant evening/night-time availability for cross-continental communication.
- Translate deep, vertical customer insights into product decisions — understanding real use cases across industries and turning them into features customers trust and love.
- Raise the bar on product quality and team productivity, sweating the details from button placement to feature naming, and removing blockers before they slow the team down.
