The Role We're looking for a performance marketer who knows how to build acquisition from the ground up. You'll own paid and organic growth for Wonder, running campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google, while also doing the high-leverage work: SEO, site conversion, and finding the channels where our audience already lives before they've heard of us. A big part of what you're growing is Wonder's creative community: a global marketplace that sits at the heart of our business. The right growth here isn't just volume, it's bringing in the kind of filmmakers, brands and fans who make the marketplace worth being part of. You'll work closely with our Creative team to brief and test content, and you'll bring a genuine point of view on where Wonder should be showing up that we currently aren't. You'll be in the accounts, reading the data, and deciding what to do next. This role suits someone who can work with autonomy and high ownership.
