About the role
We are looking for a Growth Product Manager with a builder mindset and proven funnel optimization experience to be our first hire in this role. You will be instrumental in turning our organic traction into a scalable growth engine by owning the metrics that matter most: Activation, Conversion, Retention, and Referral.
What will you be doing?
- Own and drive key growth metrics across Activation, Conversion, Retention, and Referral.
- Audit and optimize the entire user journey, from onboarding and feature discovery to billing flows and upgrade triggers.
- Design and launch a referral system to leverage our credit-based model and drive virality.
- Analyze user data, churn reasons, and product signals to inform strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
- Work closely with a dedicated growth squad of engineers to ship high-velocity experiments and drive impact.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in funnel optimization with an iterative, experiment-driven approach.
- A builder's mindset with a default to testing the simplest version of an idea first.
- Data fluency, with comfort in SQL (AI written), experiment design, and statistical significance.
- Strong product sense and growth instinct, with a deep understanding of user psychology and marketing.
- AI Native: You default to using AI tools to enhance your workflow and analysis.
