• You bring expert-level experience with Java and the Spring Framework, with a proven track record in distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• You embrace innovation and are eager to drive our AI-native future by effectively integrating AI coding agents into your daily development workflow.
• You are commercially minded and pragmatic; you prioritize effective, cost-efficient solutions and are always looking to iterate on best practices you have seen elsewhere.
• You have an API-first product mindset: you prioritize customer outcomes and deeply engage with user use-cases before writing code.
• You are a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and the fast-paced, changing priorities of a startup environment.
• You communicate clearly, bridging the gap between engineering and non-technical stakeholders to articulate complex concepts.
• You possess high integrity, treating all interactions—whether with internal team members or external partners—with confidentiality, sensitivity, and diplomacy.
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (5+ years of relevant experience).
