We are looking for a Founding Growth Lead with 3–7 years of experience to own and scale Nudge AI's outbound growth engine. This is a career-defining IC role at a profitable, fast-moving healthcare AI startup where your North Star metric is simple: get more qualified demos on the calendar. You'll work directly alongside the growth lead and founder to take Nudge from hundreds of clinics to thousands.
What will you be doing?
Build, run, and scale outbound channels (cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, webinars) to consistently book demos with decision-makers at healthcare clinics and practices
Design and execute rapid growth experiments across channels, messaging, and ICP segments — own the full funnel from targeting to booked demo
Identify new outbound channels beyond what's currently in place and get them to a point of consistent, sustainable delivery
Translate customer insights from sales calls and product usage into sharper positioning and better targeting
Partner with the founding team on go-to-market strategy and any initiative that moves the growth needle
Key Requirements
Proven track record in demand generation / outbound growth at a B2B SaaS startup — must be able to show specific results (e.g. demo bookings, pipeline generated)
Experience building and scaling outbound channels from scratch, not just inheriting existing playbooks
Strong IC execution skills — you come up with the ideas and execute them yourself without needing a team
Comfortable with modern outbound tooling: Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, and AI/LLM-powered workflows
Highly autonomous and communicative — thrives in a lean, fast-moving startup environment where you own outcomes end-to-end
