Develop and improve web platform features in Chromium rendering pipeline to bridge the gap between native applications and the web. Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers and program managers on open-source projects. Partner with standards and upstream communities (W3C, Chromium) to shape APIs and implementation details. Deliver web platform innovation in important areas of the browser engine with a focus on the needs of our customers and web developers. Contribute directly to the Chromium project for aspects that can be shared with other Chromium-based browsers. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Cross-platform development experience. Experience contributing to a large-scale software engineering project. Design, coding, and debugging skills in modern programming languages.
