We are looking for a Customer Experience Lead with 3-8 years of experience to be the voice of Genspark externally and the voice of the customer internally. We need a scrappy, hands-on operator who is quick on their feet and excited to roll up their sleeves to build our community presence from the ground up. You will bridge the gap between our rapidly growing user base and our product teams, ensuring our customers feel heard while driving actionable product improvements.
What will you be doing?
Genspark.ai is a Palo Alto-based AI company building agents for 1B+ global knowledge workers. Following the launch of its Super Agent suite in April 2025, Genspark grew from 0 to $200M ARR within 11 months. The company raised $60M in Seed, $100M in Series A, and $385M in Series B (backed by Emergence Capital Partners, LG, SBI, UpHonest Capital, Sozo Ventures, and Temasek's Pavilion Capital) over the past 20 months. OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS, Microsoft, and many other tech giants all formed strategic partnerships with Genspark since its launch. As of January 2026, over 1000 organizations onboarded Genspark for Business (genspark.ai/business) platform since its launch on Nov 20th, 2025.
