Senior Finance Associate – Private Credit Leverage Management

requirements with lenders for credit facilities and CLOs as required by indentures / credit agreements. Coordinate with lenders, trustees and Bain Operations to execute quarterly waterfall distributions for credit facilities and CLOs. Coordinate with rating agencies to obtain credit estimates for portfolio companies. Facilitate lender asset review process with Bain deal teams ahead of primary deal fundings. Assist in the development and implementation of processes and technology solutions to improve day-to-day efficiency and accuracy. Compensation: Expected Annual Base Salary $95,000 – 110,000 Actual base salary will be determined by a wide range of factors including but not limited to role, function, level, experience,

qualifications and geographic location. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position may be eligible for a discretionary annual
