Define and drive the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Azure Monitor's data collection, telemetry pipeline, and configuration management platforms. Translate customer needs, product telemetry, support insights, and market trends into prioritized investments and measurable product outcomes. Shape platform architecture and product
requirements in partnership with engineering, balancing reliability, scale, security, governance, performance, and cost. Lead cross-team initiatives that simplify how customers onboard, configure, collect, route, and govern telemetry across Azure, hybrid, multicloud, and edge environments. Drive alignment and execution across engineering, design, program management, support, field, and dependent Azure product teams. Engage strategic customers and partners to validate direction, resolve complex adoption challenges, and convert recurring needs into scalable platform capabilities. Define and monitor success measures for adoption, configuration health, collection reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Embody our culture and values. Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
