GroundControl provides AI infrastructure and applied AI solutions for advanced manufacturing. Our customers use our platform to complete workflows like AS9102 First Article Inspection Reports up to 10x faster.
We serve contract manufacturers and OEMs in aerospace and other advanced, regulated manufacturing.
We’re hiring our first marketing operator. We’re seeing meaningful inbound interest that our sales team is leveraging, there is signal, but today, inbound is inconsistent and unsystematized. We believe there’s an opportunity to turn early traction into a repeatable inbound engine.
This is not a brand-only role. This is not a pure strategist role. This is a build-the-engine role.
You will work directly with the founding and sales team to generate qualified pipeline through:

Goal: Consistent monthly pipeline contribution.
Goal: 1–2 meaningful pieces of content per week.
Goal: Events generate measurable pipeline, not just brand impressions.
Goal: Help AEs close faster.
Goal: Website becomes a conversion asset.

GroundControl builds mission-critical software for manufacturers in highly-regulated industries (aerospace, defense, medical)
Our core product automates lengthy, complex, and regulated quality documentation in aerospace manufacturing.
As an example, the Boeing 777 is made up of over 3 million parts sourced from manufacturers around the world. These manufacturers must complete quality documentation for every part on this aircraft (machined parts, printed circuit boards, wire harnesses, assemblies, and more).
GroundControl helps manufacturers complete this required documentation accurately, in minutes instead of days.
