Who you are
We are looking for a someone to lead the sales function with 8+ years of experience to be the founding commercial leader at a stealth-stage Physical AI company rebuilding the industrial base with autonomous agents for discrete manufacturing. This is not a traditional management role; it's a hunter role for someone who has carried a bag solo, closed $250K–$1M+ ACV deals with no brand and no playbook, and has the operator credibility to walk onto a plant floor and earn trust on day one. You've done time ideally at a recognized industrial player (Siemens, Rockwell, ABB, or equivalent) and then taken that credibility into an early-stage industrial startup and helped scale it. If you're energized by being in market, talking to customers, and closing, this is your seat.

The company builds end-to-end AI platforms, custom models, and enterprise AI strategies that help organizations optimize operations, reduce downtime, and improve efficiency. Its solutions include predictive maintenance, supply chain optimization, fleet management, and outage response systems powered by advanced data and machine learning. Serious AI aims to “rebuild the industrial base” by combining deep industry expertise with cutting-edge AI engineering to deliver measurable operational outcomes for large enterprises.
