ClaimSorted helps insurers outsource claims end to end – a service called Third-Party Administration (TPA), a ~$200B industry. We combine a strong in-house claims team with our AI-enabled platform to deliver up to 3× faster claims, better service, and better economics for insurers.
Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo, we’ve raised $15M+ and already manage claims for over $100M in insurance premium across 30+ MGAs, including more than five publicly traded companies. Our goal: scale to $1B and become the most valuable TPA in the market.
The Role

Engage directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives

Build and maintain systems that support critical customer operations and fast, reliable onboarding

Deliver accurate reporting and critical insights for customers and internal teams

Lead initiatives to improve the platform based on customer insights
Stack: NextJS, NodeJs, GCP, Postgres, Terraform
Requirements

Strong full-stack engineering experience

Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
