At Microhealth, we build clinically grounded digital tools that help people manage chronic conditions. Our products need to earn trust, communicate clearly, and motivate lasting behaviour change — which means design isn't just aesthetic, it's integral to outcomes.
We're looking for a Brand Designer who thinks in campaigns, not isolated assets. Your core mission is to translate strategy into creative that performs — designing across channels with a clear sense of how each asset earns its place in the funnel, from first impression to conversion.
You'll work closely with the Head of Design, contributing to art direction and collaborating with product and growth teams. This is a hands-on role that blends brand storytelling, motion, and performance-driven execution in a lean, fast-moving environment.
This is a fully remote position, with working hours aligned to Central European Time (CET).
