About the role
Partner with top-level executives and C-level stakeholders to define and execute technology strategies that drive business outcomes. Identify opportunities to accelerate innovation, transformation, efficiency, and growth. Lead strategic account planning, forecasting, and execution across cross-functional teams. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND several years of technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, or related technology experience OR equivalent experience? Understanding of the insurance industry, including business models, market dynamics, and transformation challenges. Proven track record driving digital transformation and measurable business outcomes. Experience within the insurance or broader financial services industry. German language skills are preferred to support effective collaboration with local customers and stakeholders.
