What we're looking for:
We need an associate with 3-5 years of experience in land use and environmental law who has substantial knowledge of CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act), planning and zoning laws, and California land use processes. You should be comfortable advising clients on complex land use entitlements, regulatory permitting, and environmental review processes, and have a track record of strong research, writing, and advocacy. Bonus points if you have experience working on large-scale, high-profile public and private development projects across California.
