About This Role: Crusoe is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Programs and Systems to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our corporate EH&S framework. This vital role serves as the key liaison with the Senior Director of Safety and is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-impact safety and environmental performance across all business units, including manufacturing and construction operations. The successful candidate will be a systems-thinker with a proven track record in establishing robust, data-driven, and scalable corporate EH&S solutions. You will be responsible for moving the department from reactive tracking to proactive risk prediction through the implementation of advanced management systems and analytics. What You’ll Be Working On: Strategic Leadership & Governance: Act as the primary strategic partner to the Senior Director of Safety. Oversee the development and standardization of all corporate EH&S procedures, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with global, federal, and local regulations. EH&S Data & Systems Management: Lead the selection, acquisition, and implementation of corporate EH&S data management solutions (e.g., EHS-MIS, incident tracking, compliance platforms). Analytics & KPIs: Establish and oversee EH&S Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Utilize data analytics to identify trends, predict risks, and prioritize enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.
