Responsibilities Acquire new and high-quality players for our games in an efficient and profitable manner. Scale, manage, and optimize performance campaigns across a diverse ecosystem, simultaneously leveraging paid social, DSPs, and offerwalls. Build strategic relationships with key acquisition partners, and ad networks. Conduct advanced data analysis to identify key growth trends and lead experimental research into emerging verticals to drive continuous learning. Manage fast-paced performance marketing projects under tight schedules and budget constraints. Expand your scope beyond standard user acquisition through specialized development channels in ad monetization, retargeting, and creative pipelines, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams like Product, Art, and R&D. Integrate custom AI tools into daily workflows to automate campaign optimization, streamline data analysis, and boost operational efficiency.
