the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will maintain rental properties in peak condition across multiple sites. We are looking for a self-motivated, tech-savvy professional who is customer-focused and capable of performing high-quality repairs and inspections in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Maintenance: Perform routine and emergency repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Turnovers: Prepare vacant units for new move-ins ("make-readies"). Inspections: Conduct move-in/out and property onboarding audits. QA: Audit work completed by external vendors. Field Ops: Manage service tasks via mobile apps and post legal notices.
