What You'll Do. * We believe in Warm Latin Hospitality, welcome every guest like they're walking into your home. . * Own the best part of the guest experience – Tableside Guacamole. . * Be the heartbeat of the dining room — keeping the energy flowing, the tables turning, and the experience seamless. . * Help create a warm, welcoming environment where every guest feels noticed and cared for. . * Follow our Service Steps as outlined. . * Maintain all Health and Sanitation Standards. . * Keep a 'never walk past a napkin on the floor' mentality. . * Communicate constantly and quietly with Management and service staff to ensure seamless service for all guests. . * Keep the dining room, service stations, and sidework areas organized, stocked, and spotless — because every detail matters. . * Quickly clean and turnover tables to maintain dining room efficiency. . * Handle glassware, silverware, and plateware with care. . * Participate in pre-shifts, trainings, and team meetings — because we grow together. . * Work together with your teammates to keep the energy high and the service seamless — at Rosa Mexicano, teamwork is always on the menu. . Skills and Qualifications. * Guest Service Experience - 1 Year preferred. . * Ability to multi-task while staying organized. . * Ability to stand on your feet through a shift. . * High School Degree or GED required. .
