Skills and Competencies Proven track record of 8+ years experience in financial software implementations within banks, software vendors, consulting firms or system integrators Strong functional understanding of financial instruments within the banking or insurance industries Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and .Net with strong hands-on technical capability Experience with programming languages such as C# and R, with additional exposure to IIS, Web API and MVC considered desirable Ability to gather and translate business

requirements through client workshops and gap analysis Strong customer engagement skills with the ability to build relationships and provide clear, consultative recommendations Excellent collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Delivery, Product Management and Technology Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use Education Undergraduate degree in finance, banking, computer science or a related field required Graduate degree such as a Master’s or MBA preferred
