About
the role:</strong></p>
<p>You will be a supervising physician to Advanced Practice Providers providing care services to Oscar Health members via telemedicine. You are not expected to provide patient care.</p>

<p><strong>Pay Transparency:</strong></p>
<p>$300 per APP per month for APP Supervision duties. Oscar Medical Group will cover your malpractice insurance.</p>
<p><strong>
Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants within state by state regulations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Collaborate with MAs, RNs, and other providers across service lines</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Other duties as assigned</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>
Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Board-certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>MD or DO from an accredited medical school</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Supervision experience of Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Must live in Georgia</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p><strong>Must have an active state license in Georgia &amp; IMLC</strong></p>
</li>
<li>
<p>3+ years clinical experience in urgent care, ER or outpatient family medicine practice</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>
Bonus points:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>2+ years of Telemedicine experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Fluent in Spanish</p>
</li>
</ul>
