Take ownership from problem to production – you see features through, not just to the pull request. Value pragmatism over purity. You can tell the difference between "good enough for now" and "this will hurt us later." And you bring hands-on experience with: Java and its ecosystem, with solid fundamentals in testing, version control, CI/CD, and how software runs in production. Some of the tools we use day-to-day (Spring, Maven or Gradle, SQL, GitLab) knowing the rest can be picked up on the job.
