Define practical approaches for validating AI-enabled features, AI agents, and agentic workflows—including tool use, orchestration, context management, guardrails, observability, evaluation, reliability, and safe human decision points. Quality Standards at Scale  Set organization-wide standards for coverage, pass rate, determinism, defect escape, deployment validation, production feedback, and release readiness.
