About the role

Why this role is different

Top 1% AEs don’t join startups for a base + quota. You join to build something undeniably valuable — and get rewarded for it.

At Arnata, we’re building the world’s first AI Logistics Manager — an AI Worker that autonomously runs logistics operations at scale (check the video on our website!). YC-backed, great traction, $1T+ market. Our customers save time, money, and headcount — instantly.

You’ll be one of the first AEs — shaping GTM alongside the founder and setting the standard for every rep who joins after.

What you will do:

  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, negotiation, close
  • Work side-by-side with the founder to shape GTM, and sales motion from the ground up
  • Close mid-market to enterprise logos

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Are a top 1% AE who thrives without hand-holding
  • Have closed $30K–$500K deals in mid-market or enterprise
  • Have B2B SaaS or logistics tech experience (or can learn fast)
  • Want equity and early-stage upside

What makes this a career-defining role:

  • You’ll own meaningful equity — this is a company-builder role
  • We have real customers, real traction, and a massive market
  • The upside is 100x what most AE jobs offer — because you’ll be early
  • This is your chance to write the script, not follow one

Only 3 AE seats this year. Apply or send a short cold email to sales at arnata DOT com — bonus points if you include your favorite close.
