<24 months since we launched, weâre already adding ~7 figures of ARR per month.
Weâve built a rockstar team of engineers, AI researchers, and patent attorneys.
Weâre now looking for a super talented, high-energy, and ambitious GTM team member to build and scale our ARR to $1B+.
Internally, we refer to this role as âProduct & Partnerships Counselâ. It is a full-stack AE role.
Youâll be responsible for:
Building GTM motion: Weâre building a generational AI company and plan to scale to $1B+ ARR. Youâll be the key person building our sales & growth strategy from the ground up to achieve this.
Generating leads: Network with IP leaders and key decision makers. Go to conferences and events around the World to exhibit Solveâs products and network with industry leaders. Smash outbound via email/LinkedIn/phone calls and build our outbound playbook from the ground up. Grow and leverage your network to book demos and get warm intros.
Demoâing product: Show decision makers demos of our products. Teach them how they can leverage AI to transform their business and workflows. Be the one who shows them the future of IP.
Closing deals: Follow up with leads. Negotiate and close deals. Work with our Technical IP team to facilitate successful onboardings.Â
Building product: Provide direct feedback to our team of AI PhDs, software developers, and patent attorneys on customer reactions, requests, and industry directions. Work closely with the technical team to direct the product roadmap (what to build, how to build it, and more).
đ Who youâll work with
Sanj (Chief Research Officer and co-founder): Sanj did his MSci in Physics at the University of Cambridge and his PhD in AI at the Gatsby Unit, UCL. He won awards at top AI conferences, worked on the R&D team at Huawei, and received widespread attention for his contributions to open-source LLM GitHub projects. He joined Magic Carpet AI as employee #4, where he developed AI strategies for trading which deployed millions of capital before being acquired by Blockchain.com.
Chris (Chief Executive Officer and co-founder): Chris did his undergrad at Imperial College, masters at the University of Cambridge, and PhD at UCL, during which he published 10+ publications and won awards in top AI conferences and journals. He has worked in leading tech organisations, including Dyson, The Alan Turing Institute, and InstaDeep before its acquisition by BioNTech.
Angus (Chief Technology Officer and co-founder): Angus did an MEng in Computer Science at the University of Bristol where he won a cyber security scholarship at GCHQ before working at Qualcomm. He then joined a London-based hedge fund, Coremont (Brevan Howard). There, he led a small team to build a greenfield trade processing platform which scaled to millions of trades per day.
Youâll also work with the rest of our super talented team of AI researchers, software engineers, patent attorneys, and go-to-market experts.

As one of the first members of our GTM team:
Must haves:
Proven track record as an exceptionally high-performing Account Executive or sales professional at a SaaS company with a super high performance culture.
Exceptionally clear communication skills (written and verbal).
Metrics-driven, extreme work ethic & willingness to grind with the team, high energy.
Preferred haves:
Experience selling complex SaaS products to mid-market & enterprise companies/firms in a technical/vertical niche industry.
Technical undergraduate degree in a STEM subject (e.g. maths, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry, biology, physics, or similar).
Nice to haves:
Experience with patent prosecution (US preferred) and/or legal background.
Existing IP network (in-house and/or outside counsel) who might be interested in Solveâs products.
Entrepreneurial experience (side projects/hustles, early stage startups, interesting or unusual hobbies).
Experience using AI products.
