Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to develop software solutions that leverage AI models and technologies to solve complex business problems
- Strong domain expertise in the area of AI application development, includingLLM, agentic framework, RAG, data engineering, evaluation, etc
- Conduct the full cycle of data modeling and algorithm development, including modeling, training, tuning, validating, deploying, and maintaining services
- Perform data analysis and gain insights to inform business decisions across multiple domains
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customers’ requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions.
- Document and communicate architecture, design, and interface to peers and other stakeholders
