Open Positions Sr. Associate/Manager, Growth This Role: As a Senior Associate/Manager of Growth, you’ll help accelerate Aradigm’s commercial momentum by supporting partnership strategy and go-to-market execution. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic proposals, and manage the pipeline across payers, employers, and strategic partners. What You’ll Do: Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify and prioritize growth opportunities across payer, employer, and Medicaid markets. Develop partner proposals, pricing models, and presentations for prospective clients and investors. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to refine value propositions and messaging for new audiences. Manage early-stage pipeline tracking, reporting, and coordination with senior leadership. Support preparation for conferences, RFPs, and strategic partner meetings.
Who You Are: 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, consulting, or growth (payer, PBM, pharma services, or value-based care preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex policy, financial, or clinical information. Exceptional communication and writing skills—comfortable translating technical content into strategic narratives. Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity. Lead, Strategic Partnerships This Role The Strategic Partnerships Lead will own the development, execution, and growth of Aradigm’s end employer customers both through direct-to-employer and channel ecosystem partners. This leader will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and managing relationships with employers and organizations that influence the adoption of health
benefits solutions—including national brokers,
benefits consultants, TPAs, purchaser coalitions, and care navigation platforms. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial relationship-builder with deep knowledge of the employer health
benefits ecosystem and a track record of turning partnerships into revenue-generating channels. What You’ll Do Partnership Strategy & Ownership Build Aradigm’s partnership strategy across direct-to-employers and ecosystem partners (i.e., brokers, consultants, TPAs, purchaser coalitions, and navigation/advocacy platforms) Prioritize partners based on distribution potential, segment reach, and alignment with Aradigm’s go-to-market strategy. Develop partner-specific value propositions, co-marketing frameworks, and go-to-market plans. Sourcing & Closing Partnerships Identify the right stakeholders within each employer and partner organization. Drive the full partnership lifecycle—from first outreach to contracting. Negotiate commercial terms including referral structures, revenue share, co-selling motions, and fee-for-service components. Partner Enablement & Success Build scalable partner enablement: training, materials, co-branded collateral, ROI models, and messaging. Serve as the primary relationship lead for partners, ensuring they understand Aradigm’s product, value, contracting model, and differentiation. Support partners in bringing Aradigm to employer clients, including joining prospect calls, RFP responses, and renewal cycles. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with Growth, Product, Actuarial/Underwriting, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and coordinated execution. Surface partner insights that influence product roadmap, pricing strategy, and clinical programs. Metrics & Accountability Develop unified KPIs across referral volume, pipeline creation, partner engagement, and attributed closed-won lives. Build dashboards to track partner performance and maintain a predictable partner-led revenue engine.
Who You Are Required 6–10+ years of experience in employer health
benefits, health plans, PBM/clinical programs, or healthcare GTM. Strong understanding of the broker, consultant, TPA, Purchaser Coalition, etc. ecosystem Demonstrated ability to source, negotiate, and operationalize high-value partnerships. Relationship-driven with exceptional EQ and communication skills. Thrives in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment; comfortable building from scratch. Director / Sr. Director, Network Development This role: As the Sr. / Director, Network Management, you will be responsible for building and scaling our high-performance specialty provider network. You will leverage your strong background in healthcare operations and relationship management to manage partnerships with the nation's top provider systems. This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of our provider partners, from contracting and implementation to ongoing performance management and operational support. What you’ll do Lead provider contracting and negotiations for our value-based, episodic payment models. Execute the network development strategy, onboarding new academic and community provider partners. Develop and maintain provider-facing materials, including provider manuals and training documentation. Manage day-to-day provider relationships and operations, serving as the primary point of contact for our network. Lead post-contracting performance management (e.g. JOCs) Collaborate with internal Product, Operations, and Clinical teams to refine our model based on network feedback.

The Role We’re looking for a senior data analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our data team. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll be working directly with messy, real-world healthcare data, building reliable reporting and analysis, and helping define data at Aradigm from the ground up. You are primarily an analyst: someone who turns raw data into clear, trusted outputs. You’re not waiting for clean datasets or a defined roadmap. You’re comfortable owning end-to-end and building things the right way the first time. We work in-person in NYC. We'll consider exceptional remote candidates but have a strong preference for those based in or willing to relocate to NY. What You’ll Do Drive analytics and reporting: produce clear analytical outputs across formats including structured reports, ad hoc analysis, and dashboards that support clinical, operations, finance, and executive stakeholders Work directly with claims data : ingest, clean, and model medical and pharmacy claims; understand how the data flows and where it breaks Build and maintain dbt models in BigQuery that are reliable, well-documented, and trusted across
