About the role
What we're looking for:
A Software Engineer with 4+ years of experience building, launching, and scaling systems and products in a B2B / enterprise environments. You should be comfortable operating with high autonomy and have a track record of owning complex systems end-to-end in early-stage teams. You flourish in autonomy, complexity, and ambiguity, and should have built AI-driven solutions for either internal or external use cases.
What you'll do:
- Develop and scale the backbone of our core audit product. You’ll scope, build, and launch product features that will enable our customers to replace work that has traditionally been done manually with a fully agentic approach.
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents that process highly unstructured data (multi-sheet spreadsheets, embedded formulas, audit evidence) and produce auditable, traceable workbooks in specific compliance formats.
- Take ownership of end-to-end workflows. Including data processing, UI, agent harness, evaluation, and deployment.
- Help set product direction. You’ll contribute to the roadmap, balancing customer feedback with long-term product health.
- Work client-facing when needed. Engage directly with internal audit teams at major enterprises to understand requirements and iterate on solutions
- Help scale the engineering team. As one of the first engineers, you'll set technical standards and culture as the company grows from 5 people
