About the role
Warren is an investment firm providing investors access to private technology companies through primary and secondary investment opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Investor Sourcing: identify and engage HNWIs, family offices, and private investors; develop acquisition channels; build and manage a qualified pipeline
- Fundraising: present investment opportunities, participate in investor meetings, drive prospects from engagement to commitment
- Execution: manage investor pipelines via HubSpot, support investor onboarding and transaction execution, work directly with partners on strategic initiatives
Candidate profile:
- Grande École de Commerce or Engineering
- Experience in VC, tech fundraising or Investor Relations
- Strong interest in technology, investing, and private markets
- Real comfort on the phone with investors
- Fluent in French and English
Compensation: 800€/month fixed + 0.5% of capital raised (variable, potentially €300K–€1M/month) Duration: 6 months, start ASAP Location: Paris 17th Conversion opportunity based on performance.

Warren is a Paris-based pre-IPO secondary market platform founded in January 2026 that provides qualified investors with structured access to secondary shares in late-stage private technology companies. Each deal is structured through a Dedicated Investment Vehicle (SPV) incorporated under Luxembourg law. Warren systematically co-invests alongside clients in every deal, ensuring alignment of interests, and sources opportunities through a proprietary international network spanning Switzerland, the Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the USA.
