The Role
As an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Market Expansion (EiR), you’re not just a manager; you are the entrepreneurial engine driving Carry1st’s expansion in your market. This is an elite, 12-month high-intensity program designed for builders who crave ownership. You will be tasked with scaling Carry1st in your territory.
Join a hand-picked cohort of local leaders, beginning with a rigorous 2-week bootcamp. From there, you will have the autonomy to execute and a clear mandate: drive revenue, capture market share, and build a business from the ground up.
This is a "Entrepreneur-in-Residence" style contract. At the end of the 12 months, top performers will transition into permanent role. This role reports to the co-founder and President of Carry1st.
